• Organizing online Investor-Entrepreneur meetings exclusively for Investor Members at regular intervals throughout the year
  • Organizing presentations by high-potential startups that have been carefully selected from a large number of applicants based on the Network’s investment criteria
  • Conducting market research, competitive analysis, financial analysis, and business plan development in addition to entrepreneur presentations
  • Organizing detailed analysis (deep dive) meetings for startups that attract investor interest
  • Managing the entire legal process—including investment agreements and general assembly proceedings—on behalf of investors for startups where an investment decision has been made
  • Arranging Lead Investor services for each specific investment
  • Submitting BKY license applications to enable investors to benefit from tax exemptions
  • Managing the necessary Ministry application processes and obtaining the required approvals to ensure licensed investors can take advantage of tax benefits under BKS regulations
  • Regular post-investment monitoring of the startups and providing reporting services to investor shareholders
  • Researching and managing exit opportunities for the startups in which investments have been made
