ŞirketOrtağım is one of Turkey’s first accredited angel investor networks, having received accreditation in 2014 under the Individual Participation Capital (BKS) regulations issued by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Turkey.

Identifying innovative startups that have moved beyond the idea stage and reached a commercial phase, regardless of industry; carefully selecting suitable startups from among them by the ŞirketOrtağım Management and preparing them for investor presentations; bringing startups together with investors at regular meetings; managing the legal processes of startups for which investment decisions have been made; regularly monitoring the investments made and reporting to Investors, and researching and managing exit opportunities are among the Network’s core activities. All these processes are meticulously carried out by the ŞirketOrtağım Angel Investor Network on behalf of the Investors.

Additionally, services include submitting BKY Angel Investor license applications to enable Investors to benefit from tax exemption advantages under BKS regulations, as well as filing investment applications for each startup where an investment decision has been made.
