Following the startup presentations given at the investor meetings held periodically by the network, startups that attract interest from investors are invited to an in-depth analysis meeting. These meetings are attended not only by the founders but also by investors who have expressed interest in the startup.

The purpose of these in-depth analysis meetings is to better understand the startups that have attracted investor interest, get to know the founders more closely, analyze the financials, and address all questions regarding the startup, ultimately leading to a final decision on the investment process.

If a decision is made to invest in the startup following these meetings, the Network notifies all Investor Members in writing and collects investment commitments from the investors. Once the investment commitment process is completed, the following steps are taken: preparation and signing of shareholder agreements and articles of association; designation of the Lead Investor; submission of an investment application to the Ministry by BKY-licensed Investors for tax exemption purposes and obtaining the necessary approvals; and, in the final stage, Investors proceed with capital contributions and general meeting procedures.

All these processes are meticulously managed on behalf of the investors by the ŞirketOrtağım Angel Investor Network.
